Our friends Sharon and Dick, along with their son and daughter-in-law, met us at Loggerhead Vero Beach Grand Harbor Marina on Saturday the 9th.   We celebrated Sharon and Doug’s shared birthdays (Jan. 7th) with lunch on the beach, then went back to our boat for a ride on the ICW.
At the end of our sunny afternoon, we loaded Dick and Sharon’s trunk with our Christmas decorations and heavy winter clothes, which they have kindly offered to take back to our house in New Bern.
