We are finally in Florida! We would have crossed the border at least an hour ago (i.e., 1 pm), but an incoming submarine and escort resulted in the Coast Guard ordering all non-military vessels back up the ICW to facilitate the safe arrival of sub & ship in St. Mary’s, GA. Welcome home!!

Fingers are crossed that we’ll get to our preferred anchorage before dark, though we do have other options ….
