This is a partial view of the launch at Eclectic Sun watersports, a short drive from our campsite and an even-shorter walk from there. We rented a two-man kayak for two hours, though given our tendency to lose things when in the water (car keys in Hawaii, cell phone in the Keys, etc.) we left our phones on shore and, therefore, have no pictures to share. We paddled to a small waterfall (there are more than a half-dozen that flow into the lake), a distance of approximately 1.5 miles according to the staff member who helped us – 3 miles total and sore arms afterwards. It was a gorgeous day.We said goodbye to the lake and our helpful campground hosts on the 14th. We hope to return sometime next year.
