The day was very foggy with a bit of drizzle, so we stayed at the campsite until the weather cleared in the afternoon. With a few things on our shopping list, we stopped in several stores after spending time at the waterfront in downtown Camden. I wanted to get to Sherman’s Book Shop in Rockland – it’s Maine’s oldest bookstore (since 1886), and it was worth the drive, especially when greeted by their sign near the entrance which proclaims “We sell banned books!” 🙂 Our last stop was at the Canopy Garden Shop in Rockport – at least 4x the size of Pinecone in New Bern and even nicer.

The photo of the Black Knight gave me serious boat envy!

Ummm, not us (at least not me) – not anymore – we *know* how much maintenance that requires. 😄 Thanks for following us.
