Last Day in Newfoundland

With our upcoming ferry trip from Newfoundland to Nova Scotia, we had a few chores to take care of, but we did take some time out to explore.

Cape Anguille lighthouse. The house on the left is a B&B.
There is some distortion to this picture because of the crazy angle I needed to fit the lighthouse in the frame. 🙂
Holy Trinity Anglican Church and Cemetery are near the lighthouse.
Some of these headstones have broken off of their bases, we suspect from the high winds that occur in this area called “Wreckhouse Winds,” which can gust as high as 200 km/hour.

Time to board the ferry to Nova Scotia. Goodbye, Newfoundland.
We had a fabulous time!
