Vermont  – 6/25/25

Although we didn’t get to the gondola at Stowe, we filled the day with many stops and sights.  Lots of pix below.

Our first stop was the Pine Brook Bridge
Without “windows” within reach in the bridge’s walls, this was the best shot of the bridge’s raison d’etre
Our next stop was the Warren Covered Bridge
These classic cars were parked near the bridge.
On to Warren Falls.  An “easy” hike – yes; were we prepared with water shoes and bathing suits? – no.
What a beautiful swimming hole!
A somersault off the rock
Pristine waters
We walked/climbed around the trails to get a better look at the falls.
Our last waterfall stop was at Moss Glen Falls in Granville.
Time for Ben & Jerry’s!
This is a portion of the solar power for the factory.
Continuing on … there’s so much here that isn’t found in the stores
Their Bourbon Barrel Maple Syrup is delicious, and it was suggested to use it to baste grilled salmon.  OK!!
Driving through Stowe, we passed this establishment – I love people with a sense of humor!

Tomorrow (Friday), we’ll drive to Dorset RV Resort and hope to see Hildene (the Lincoln family home) while we’re there.

  1. Beautiful pics especially the water. It looked so inviting. Went to your pool the other day and the water was too warm!

    1. Thanks!! Yes, the cold water coming out of our faucets in the camper is hot, then warm. Today is much cooler but rainy. We’re on the road to our next campground.
