From Dorset to Quechee – 7/6/26

This year’s stay at the Dorset RV Park was as nice as last year’s. There’s so much to do in the area, we’ll just have to return to this charming little town.

This old stone wall and garden separates one section of campsites from the other.

Guess what’s only a few miles away?! 🙂
This would not be the job for me! 🙂

After King Arthur, we took a look at Quechee State Park, where there’s a trail to Quechee Gorge (“Vermont’s Grand Canyon”).

We decided to park in town and take the sidewalk to the bridge overlook. Doug is braver than I am with heights, and he got the beautiful shot below.

We returned to our campsite, grilled dinner, and enjoyed some campfire time.

The sky was pretty as the sun was setting.
